Our 5-Step Cooperation Process

From first contact to final delivery, we've designed a transparent, efficient process that keeps you informed at every stage.

Initial Consultation

Share your needs — product type, target market, desired efficacy, texture preferences, packaging vision, and budget. Our formulators will have an in-depth discussion with you to understand your brand positioning and technical requirements.

Deliverable: Project brief and feasibility assessment

Step 1

Formula Development

Our Hong Kong R&D team develops a custom formula based on your specifications. Alternatively, you may provide a benchmark sample for replication or matching. We select ingredients based on your target market's regulatory requirements and your brand's clean beauty preferences.

Deliverable: Proposed formula sheet and ingredient list

Step 2

Sampling & Approval

We produce samples for your evaluation. Sampling fee: $200 (fully deductible from your production order). Test the sample for texture, scent, efficacy, and stability. Request revisions if needed — we iterate until you're satisfied.

Deliverable: Physical samples with COA and stability data

Step 3

Contract & NDA

Finalize the formula, specifications, order quantity, packaging requirements, and delivery timeline. Sign our bilateral confidentiality agreement to protect your intellectual property. Production deposit is arranged at this stage.

Deliverable: Signed NDA, production contract, and deposit invoice

Step 4

Production & Delivery

Your order enters production in our GMP-certified manufacturing facility. All production occurs in our 100,000-level cleanroom with 24-hour climate control (18–26°C, 45–65% humidity). Full QC inspection is conducted before release. Products are packed and shipped according to your logistics instructions.

Deliverable: Finished goods, QC reports, and shipping documentation

Step 5

Note: The $200 sampling fee from Step 3 is fully deductible from your production order upon contract signing.
